 Dr. Lauren Mozdy, M.D., L.Ac.
As a Medical Doctor and Licensed Acupuncturist, Dr. Mozdy has a passion for medicine and an interest in medical diversity. Her broad-based experiences, extensive training and education in a variety of medical disciplines include: anti-aging medicine, aesthetic dermatology, acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine, integrative medicine, laser surgery, anesthesiology and pain management.
She is certified from the American Board of Anesthesiology and the National Board of Medical Examiners. She received her Medical Doctorate from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. Born in Erie, Pennsylvania, she received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Gannon University Summa Cum Laude. Dr. Mozdy completed a residency in Anesthesiology at the Medical College of Virginia where she served as Chief Resident and as an Assistant Professor in the Division of Cardiac Anesthesia. She studied Chinese medicine at the Academy of Pain Research in San Francisco.
In 2006, Dr. Mozdy opened the Integrative Med-Spa where she is presently the Medical Director and Sole Proprietor. She is a very progressive, innovative doctor specializing in age-management, laser and aesthetic medicine.
Other special interests include: Women’s health issues, hormone balancing and bio-identical hormone replacement, mind-body medicine, energy and electro-medicine, Eastern medicine and acupuncture, light therapy, laser pain relief, neurotransmitter imbalances and targeted amino-acid therapy, nutritional supplementation and detoxification, total non-surgical facial enhancement by combining neurotoxins, fillers and multiple laser technologies, vascular laser and vein sclerotherapy, fat and cellulite reduction through mesotherapy and injection lipolysis, post-procedure camouflage makeup, and medical photo documentation.
Professional affiliations include: American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery, American Acupuncture Council, American Society of Anesthesiologists, American Society of Cosmetic Dermatology and Aesthetic Surgery, International Med Spa Society, Pennsylvania Medical Society and the Erie County Medical Society.

 Dr. Melissa Dengler, N.D.
Dr. Dengler is a fully trained Naturopathic Doctor. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Gannon University and her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Scottsdale, Arizona. Her special areas of interest include homeopathy, environmental medicine and clinical nutrition. She also emphasizes preventive medicine, herbal and vitamin supplementation and detoxification procedures.
Upon completion of her residency, Dr. Dengler returned to her home state of Pennsylvania where she is on staff at the Integrative Med-Spa and has a private practice in Meadville. She also teaches holistic nutrition, massage therapy, and courses in health and wellness for several institutions.
She offers natural health care for the whole family by taking an individualized, holistic approach and spending quality time to get to know her patients. She is committed to supporting the body’s inherent ability to heal itself using natural therapies to restore health and emphasizing the doctor-patient relationship.
One of the unique aspects of our health programs at the Integrative Med-Spa is that Dr. Dengler and Dr. Mozdy can work together on patient treatment plans. Our patients get the benefit of combining holistic naturopathic medicine with traditional western medicine.

 Julie Saltsman
Julie has been an integral part of the development of the Med-Spa from the beginning in 2005. She is our office manager and holds multiple credentials, including a medical aesthetician license, laser certification, and certification as a skin-care specialist from the prestigious Institute Der-Med.
Her greatest talents lie in guiding our patients through the process of choosing and scheduling procedures with kindness and a positive attitude. She is blessed with the ability to make everyone she deals with feel like they are the only person that matters.
She is currently working toward a degree as a Registered Nurse through the University of Pittsburgh at Titusville.

 Serene Madara-Rumball
Serene is a talented makeup artist, an experienced laser technician, and assistant to Dr Mozdy. She has been with us since 2007 and brings her makeup artistry and retail skills going back 25 years.
She excels at post-procedure makeup application, developing skincare plans, and making everyone feel comfortable, regardless of the procedure. Nothing competes with her ability to work with Dr. Mozdy to gather information for your treatment plan and develop individualized procedure combinations.

 Jessica Owens
Jessie is one of our talented medical aestheticians and also assists with our marketing efforts. She has 20 plus years of experience in the beauty field, and specializes in peels, micro-dermabrasion, La Stone Therapy, spray tanning, and cancer skin care.
She is a member of the Physician’s Care Alliance, International Dermal and Esthetics Spa Society, and the International Aesthetics Association.
